Information for Tenants

We aim to provide our tenants with safe, comfortable and modern living, and we are here to ensure this is achieved through teamwork and communication. Therefore, on this page, you will find useful information for all types of circumstances which may arise.

Reporting  maintenance concerns

When you are concerned, please reach out to us via email and provide as much information as possible. This streamlines the repair process, especially when photos and videos are provided. You can email us at info@milfordrealestate.co.uk

Giving notice to vacate

When considering moving or relocating, we ask that you first refer back to your tenancy agreement. The first thing to remember is that your deposit cannot be used for rent. Giving one month’s notice allows us time to visit you and point out any issues which you could address prior to vacating the property, which will ensure your deposit is refunded to you in full rather than deductions being made. We recommend that all notices be given via email to info@milfordrealestate.co.uk.
